Banksy went to New Orleans and Alabama on the third anniversary of the Hurricane Katherina disaster. There are possibly eleven stencils in New Orleans from this period, among them the iconic Nola. Somebody quickly removed the stencil of a hooded Ku Klux Klan member on a petrol station in nearby Alabama.
